Printing has always been viewed as a commodity. They ought to know; at imPress Printing they've been at it for over 40 years. While most people don't see printing for the art it truly is, they know their clients appreciate the difference quality printing makes - not to mention exceptional service.

But they're not just printers any more. For the past 10 years, imPress has provided design and creative development services as well. And in almost every case, the clients are so pleased with the results that in time imPress designs and produces all of their collateral materials. They've gotten pretty good at the design thing too, winning six awards since 2007.

The need for change

"Too often, a client has directed us to develop beautiful brochures, direct mail and other collateral pieces - only to find that their prospects didn't respond the way they wanted them to respond. Essentially, these beautiful pieces cost them money," says imPress President Sharon Lawless.
